At Awareness Home Funding, we understand what it is like to be passionate about your cause. We started our company around the idea of giving back to communities we serve with a program we call Awareness Works 4 U.
We know that raising funds for your organization can be challenging. Our unique fund raising program donates $250 to a charitable organization of the borrower’s choosing each time we close a home loan. This is not a sales program, no investments or maintenance is required.
With each application, we ask our clients who their favorite non-profit organization is. When your group is named, you receive $250 when their loan closes. You have control of how to share this program, and most importantly, how to best use the $250.
We actively promote this program so that it can work effectively for you. Since every client is asked about their favorite organization, your supporters won’t have to worry about forgetting to mention it. It also means you are rewarded for your efforts to spread the word.
