You have the right to compare the charges of different mortgage companies, to find the best loan for you.
You have the right to be informed about the total cost of your loan including the interest rate, discount points and other fees.
You have the right to receive a good faith estimate of all charges associated with your loan before you agree to have us process it or pay any fees.
You have the right to have us compare with you, a competitor’s good faith estimate to make sure in your mind, which option is best for you.
You have the right to know what fees are nonrefundable if you decide to withdraw your loan application.
You have the right to ask us exactly what we will be doing for you and how the loan process works.
You have the right to be comfortable about asking us questions regarding loan charges and terms that you may not be familiar with.
You have the right to a credit decision that is not based on your race, color, religion, national origin, sex, marital status, age, or whether any income is derived from public assistance.
You have the right to know the reason, if your loan is declined.
You have the right to receive the HUD settlement costs booklet, “Buying Your Home.”
You have the right to refer us to your friends, family and co-workers and receive a thank you from your favorite charity.
